Due to the unprecedented events relating to Covid-19, we at Danvers Estate Agents would like to assure you we are taking all necessary steps to ensure our customers, contractors and team safe.
Wherever we can we are continuing with business as normal, however, with our colleagues and our customers' health and wellbeing at the front of our minds, we want to make you aware of the following procedures which we are putting in place with immediate effect.
- Although our office currently remains open, we are restricting visits to our office unless absolutely necessary.
- All property viewings and inspections will be carried out as normal, however, this will be reviewed if the situation deteriorates. All applicants, tenants, buyers and vendors will be asked prior to the visitors whether they have travelled overseas in the last 30 days, whether they have any symptoms of Covid-19, whether they have been in contact with anyone with the symptoms of Covid-19 or whether they have been advised to self-isolate. If any of these scenarios apply, the visit may be postponed.
- Members of staff have been informed to avoid handshaking and close contact with others (2 metre distance as recommended by government sources). Please do not take offence at this; we are trying to keep our team safe and prevent any spread.
Should the situation deteriorate, we have procedures in place to work remotely from home with minimum disruption to day-to-day activities or our ability as a business to provide support to you.
The safety and health of both our team and those we meet is paramount therefore we will do all we can as a business to ensure our actions minimise the impact of Covid-19 on all our clients.
