Danvers Estate Agents have been successfully serving clients throughout Leicestershire in lettings and sales for a number of years. The sales were largely reactive to landlord requests. Following positive feedback from clients we decided to develop a full estate agency sales service.  Sales Manager - Charles, joined the team in October bringing over 16 years of experience within the property industry (largely in Leicestershire). Since re-launching the new sales division under Charles's guidance, the average sale price agreed across all properties sold in October and November is 102% of asking price!
